What a website really costs: fixed price instead of surprises
Many hesitate to ask because they fear hourly rates and extra bills. Here is how we price, and what is included.

“What does a website cost?” is the most common question and the hardest to answer. That has less to do with technology than with how quotes are made. Here is how we do it differently.
Why quotes are so hard to compare
- Hourly rates without a cap: you only learn the cost at the end.
- Packages where it stays unclear what exactly is included.
- Follow-up costs such as hosting, domain and maintenance that show up later.
What “fixed price” means with us
Before we start, we agree on scope, price and deadline. You pay no hourly rate and see up front what the project costs. If the scope changes, we talk to you before, not after.
And what does “from” mean?
The price applies to the smallest sensible scope. What your project exactly needs, we clarify in a free 30-minute call. After that we give you a fixed price.
A good price is one you know before you start.
The three tiers at a glance
- Start, from €790, one-time: online within 2 weeks at most. AI Start €790 (one-pager, SEO basics, Google profile), Business €1,590 (hand-coded, up to 5 pages), Business PLUS €2,490 (more scope, inquiry automation). Hosting in Germany, a .de domain and email are included in year 1.
- Grow, from €990: for software, processes and legal deadlines, for example AI automation from €4,900, e-invoicing from €1,990, modernisation with an audit from €1,900 and a BFSG check from €990.
- Care, from €39 per month: updates, backups, monitoring and more. Cancelable monthly after the minimum term.
What to check in every quote
- Is the scope described in writing?
- Is there a fixed price or only an hourly rate?
- What does it cost from year two, for example for hosting and maintenance?
- Who owns the code and the domain in the end?
- Is everything tested before going live?
